Going nuts with the Tesla shield
Posted by: | CommentsSome weeks ago I received a comment from a man asking for proofs and evidences that the Purple Tesla Shield is a scam (Read my original article about the Tesla shield for more infos). I must admit the man asked the proofs in a rather rude way, so let’s hear his rational thoughts:
why are all you negative “bashers” wasting your time reading this stuff — spending large amounts of time “blogging” about it - YET not one of you has any legitimate defense, nor have you proved ONE single FACT as to why this technology is FALSE — So what’s your argument? I’d like to hear some FACTS not just hot air and negative OPINE — IDIOTS. And NO I’m not from Life Technology — I’m a person with common sense that YOU all NAY SAYERS have not appealed to in the least intelelectuallyl — PRESENT YOUR ARGUMENT AND FACTS or SHUT YOUR PIE HOLES.
Oh, and who’s the jackass who posted this as a “scam”??? What’s your argument buddy? where are your FACTS — PROVE IT or SHUT UP. There IS real technology like this, and minerals, metals etc. are NATURAL SUBSTANCES just like food, water and other elements the body needs to defend itself so WHY is it so hard to believe that there is “technology” (READ: applications of science and nature) that can perform what some find incredible?) — Let’s move out of the dark folks into the light.
All right, here’s your shining moment buddy. You know how I love to post hate comments I receive and you also know how it makes me laugh. First of all, I just want to answer the easiest question that man asked:

That jackass, is me. You know, nothing very surprising here, it’s my blog.
The first obvious scam about the Purple Tesla Shield
This for me, is the absolute proof that this little thing is a complete scam. There are no way anybody can say this thing works after reading what’s coming. Here’s the lie from Life Technology that tells it all:

Coincidentally, rubies are highly prized in many parts of the world for their healing properties, particularly in India where they are known as Power Stones and are commonly worn by men to enhance their health, vitality and strength.
So you say the outer shell is a bioactive shell developped by Nikola Tesla and Ralph Bergstresser and that it has a unique crystal lattice structure? Man, please…The outer shell is in fact an Aluminium anodized dog ID holder that can be bought at a price of 8.99$ for a pack of 6 on amazon.com! That for me, is a scam my friends. It has no such thing as a unique crystal lattice structure, it’s an aluminium container! That’s enough to convince me this thing is a scam, but let’s dig a little more.
Zeuzite
We’ve talked the outer shell, so let’s see what inside the Tesla Shield
The internal module consists of a pair of harmonically coupled Zeusite™ microsphere resonators and an Ethero-Magnetic™ caduceus coil. Before final assembly at our laboratory, The Zeusite™ microsphere resonators are psychotronically programmed with specific frequencies which promote the health and wellbeing of the mind body and soul.

Zeusite™ is a unique proprietary material developed by Life Technology™ as a result of our research into novel materials which have the inherent capability to mitigate the effects of electromagnetic radiation EMR.
You know why Zeuzite is a unique proprietary material developped by Life Technology? So they don’t have to tell you what this is!! I mean common: “a pair of harmonically coupled Zeusite™ microsphere resonators and an Ethero-Magnetic™ caduceus coil”. What? I’m sorry but it doesn’t mean anything. It’s just a bunch of pseudo scientific words put all together.
The Lost Cubit
I love that part because it’s filled with probably one stupidity every two words. I don’t even know where to start. Let’s start with that:
Aside from the Zeusite™ microsphere resonators, The Tesla Shield™ internal module also incorporates a Quantum Microvortex™ orgone generating caduceus coil. This specially designed Quantum Microvortex™ orgone generating caduceus coil utilises the sacred Lost Cubit measurement.
Ok, so from Wikipedia, we learn about Orgone that:
Orgone energy in its full sense was seen as a universal life force flowing through all things, and responsible for almost all observable phenomena; an omnipresent force in nature that could account for a wide variety of phenomena including, according to sceptical critics, “the color of the sky, gravity, galaxies, the failure of most political revolutions, and a good orgasm.
Riiiight. So, I guess we have to assume this is all true, especially when many modern day psychiatrists and psychoanalysts consider orgone to have no basis in science or medicine.
Let’s assume this Microvortex orgone generating caduceus coil is something we can believe in, it uses the sacred Lost Cubit measurement. That’s where the fun begin. Here’s how the cubit lost is calculated:
The Lost Cubit is derived from the sum of the polar and equatorial circumferences of the Earth divided by the speed of light. The Lost Cubit therefore relates to cosmic harmonics in a special way. Due to its dual ability to resonate with cosmic energy frequencies and earth energy frequencies, The Lost Cubit is the secret key to extraordinary health and extreme longevity.
Do you know what distance divided by speed gives? time. If you drive 2 miles at 1 mile per hour, it will take you 2 hours. So we get a time and now you want us to relate that time measurement to an harmonic? When speaking of harmonics we have to either talk about frequencies or wave lengths. Time is surely related to a frequency, but we have to go a little further than just saying because we divide the equatorial circumferences of the Earth by the speed of light, it relates to cosmic harmonics. Put a little more meat in there because it’s a relation you have to prove me for me to believe you.
I also have a lot of problems with such a conclusion: “Due to its dual ability to resonate with cosmic energy frequencies and earth energy frequencies, The Lost Cubit is the secret to extraordinary health and extreme longevity”. Ok…Why? Why is it such an easy conclusion? I mean, I could easily say: “Due to it’s dual ability to resonate with cosmic energy and earth energy frequencies, The Lost Cubit will make you an evil being and destroy everything around you”. Why? Because it resonate with cosmic energy frequencies. I know, but why? Don’t you listen to me? It resonate with cosmic energy frequencies. I’m sure you get it, right?
The frequency of DNA
From the Life Technology website, we can read:
The Lost Cubit has a natural resonant frequency of 177 megahertz which corresponds to the frequency of DNA, thereby facilitating DNA repair and the capability of consciously controlled DNA activation and ascension. It is becoming more widely accepted by scientists that DNA acts as an antenna for light energy, and therefore the harmonic frequencies of light and The Lost Cubit in particular are vitally important aspects of the equation.
What’s the frequency of DNA? I didn’t know DNA was oscillating. I didn’t know my DNA was going through time cycles, repeating a specific pattern every 1/(177*10e8) seconds. I’m sorry but even by Googling DNA and 177 Mhz I didn’t find anything.
Have you tried it?
No, I haven’t tried it. Life technology turned down my review proposal and I’m not going to pay 200$ for this thing!

Ok, that’s enough, I hope you all get the big picture. I tried to provide to facts and scientific arguments, but it’s hard when a device such as the Tesla Shield has nothing scientific.
Launching Daily Common Sense Forum!

I must admit I mainly created the forum because of 2012 Explained, which at the time of writing has 735 comments! It really is a pain to load the article now because of all the comments in there and I’m slowly moving things to a forum instead. I’m not closing the comments yet but there will surely be a time where it won’t be possible to post a comment in that specific article. I receive thousands of first time visitors to that single article every week and I think it’s a pain for a first time visitor to load that page. A total turn off.
So there you go, continue to comment in here I really appreciate it, but the forum is a good way to exchange with others and also to reach me!

Woah, what’s that new look?
Posted by: | CommentsFeeling a little lost? Where’s your old daily common sense? It’s gone! I felt like it was time for a change and I was really sick of the old theme, so I changed it. I don’t know if you guys like it better, but I certainly do. It’s much more lightweight and clean and I’m giving more space to what’s really important: the content.
I also changed the logo a little bit as you can see, so it can fit with the new look. It’s much more sober and elegant and it’s a little something I could easily put on a t-shirt…hint, hint.
One new feature I really like is that this new theme now supports “Gravatar”. What the hell is Gravatar? You will notice in the comment section that next to your name a picture will appear. If you don’t have a gravatar account, the default gray picture will appear. If you want a custom picture to show on the page, simply head to Gravatar and upload your own! This little image will not only be valid for my blog, but also for every other blog you comment on that has this feature enabled! Isn’t great? Yep, I know.
OK, I won’t write a 3 pages post about the new look of the website, you’ll discover it on your own. There might be some issues with it so feel free to comment if you are having some difficulties! Time to go to bed now, I’ve worked on this little thing all night…

Saying CO2 is no problem because it’s a natural compound is such a weak argumentation. You know, when I breath out, there’s CO2 coming out so there’s no problem or as he said: “It’s no…Big….Deal”. That’s a pretty weak argumentation for a PhD you must admit. It’s like anything in life, you have to keep a certain balance and we now have more CO2 than our poor little Earth can process. It’s not just because it’s a natural compound we can assume it’s harmless. Anyway, I must agree with the man when he says it’s almost a religion but I’m not ready to call global warming a scam.
The last ice age happened in a year

THE last ice age 13,000 years ago took hold in just one year, more than ten times quicker than previously believed, scientists have warned.
Rather than a gradual cooling over a decade, the ice age plunged Europe into the deep freeze, German Research Centre for Geosciences at Potsdam said.Cold, stormy conditions caused by an abrupt shift in atmospheric circulation froze the continent almost instantly during the Younger Dryas less than 13,000 years ago – a very recent period on a geological scale.
The new findings will add to fears of a serious risk of this happening again in the UK and western Europe – and soon.
Dr Achim Brauer, of the GFZ (GeoForschungs Zentrum) German Research Centre for Geosciences at Potsdam, and colleagues analysed annual layers of sediments, called “varves”, from a German crater lake.
Each varve records a single year, allowing annual climate records from the region to be reconstructed.
I think it really is important to learn from that and realize how fast climate changes can happen. I’ve said it numerous times on this blog, climate change will be the biggest challenge in the comming years and changes are happening faster than what scientists predicted. That being said, it’s nothing to be scared of, but just a little something that makes you realize how fast these things can happen.
Some particularities of conspiracy comments
Posted by: Ben Tremblay | Comments CommentsDaily Common Sense is a well established blog in its field and I published a lot of articles to debunk scams/hoax and conspiracy theories. For that reason, you can imagine I receive hate comments from conspiracists on a daily basis. I must say conspiracists/doomsdayers just confirm how crazy they are for most of them when they comment on blogs. I mean, it’s simply crazy and here’s why.
Usually, when I write a controversial article like the ones on 2012, pole shift or whatever, I receive tons of comments (700+ on 2012 explained) and it’s really nice to read everyone’s opinion on the subject. I don’t expect everyone to agree with me and I don’t want everyone agree with me: I don’t hold the absolute truth and I guess nobody does. In fact, it’s quite interesting when you guys don’t agree with me and I feel like we can have a decent rational discussion. The problem comes when bloody conspiracists/doomsdayers enter the discussion. While they say they are “open minded”, their comments are totally closed to any form of discussion because apparently we just are a bunch of jerks. That is without mentioning that they write every single comment in capital letters. Where does that need to write in capital letters comes from? I don’t know, but it’s really a particularity of doomsdayers. On top of that, they are the only persons who don’t understand they are writing on a damn blog and that the author of the article is approving every single comment going through. I mean, I’m sure most people understand that when they are writing a comment on my blog, attacking me personally with not argument will result in the comment not being approved. You know, common sense. Well, conspiracists/doomsdayers don’t understand simple things like that. Let’s look at a recent comment I received and it’s a good lesson of what not to write:
Ok, first of all, why write everything in capital letters? There’s no way I would approve a comment written in capital letters simply because there’s no reason to do so and it sounds very aggressive. Now there’s at least two good insults in there: “Only people as ignorant as all of you”, “You people make me sad that there are still so many ignorant people in our world good thing this is going to happen that way all you morons will be wiped out”. How do you want me to take such a person seriously? How do you expect to have a decent discussion with such person? I mean, when I said these “open minded” people are totally closed to any form of discussion, that’s what I meant. This comment is also a personal attack to a lot of people, writing on a blog is not like writing on a wall: there’s someone approving every single comment and that person happens to be me. Do you seriously think that by insulting me and every reader of this website and also proving your point with non-logical information will result in the comment being approved? No.
This is just simply amazing. Maybe 98% of the comments I receive are decent comments and I approve them. Unfortunately, the 2% I don’t approve is often from ‘conspiracists/doomsdayers’ and it’s not because they don’t agree with me: It’s because they don’t know how to behave. I’m trying not to be too hard on them, but they don’t help themselves.
