Man dumped from wheelchair

An interesting video surfaced a couple of hours ago and it doesn’t need any comments. CNN’s Sunny Host talks about a quadriplegic being dumped on his face by a Sheriff’s deputy and what might happen next.

There’s definitely something not right with people these days…How can someone actually think of doing something like that? Particularly coming from a Sheriff, you would think these persons actually have a little common sense, but apparently no.
